Met Jun on my lunch break at the Little Cottonwood park-n-ride. We did the same route that we did last time, down to the Bell Canyon trail and up and around the reservoir, and then back to the park-n-ride. Temps were very comfortable, but we did have a lot of wind. It was a  lot of fun though and a great break during the middle of the day.

Our time was around 45 minutes. This run has some great elevation gain and a few good hills running up to the reservoir. I did feel my ITB getting tight at the end, so I need to get off of the hills for a few days.

Ditto what Smooth said. I was thinking to myself, having looked at Jun's pix on his page...you guys are really Living. :)
