Did an hour of weights at the gym with some friends in my neighborhood. It was a great night, and I had a really good workout. Did arms, chest, lats, and shoulders. Also did 15 min of core.

4 easy miles on the TM. It's easy, but it makes me sweat, gets my heart beating, and doesn't make anything hurt.

Ate like crap today, so I had to get on the TM for four easy miles. Total time 36 min.

Did a short two mile hike with the fam, and then did another 3 on the TM later in the day. I really wanted to climb something, but it just didn't work out today.
