Got up early before work to lift at the gym. Lifted (biceps, triceps, lats, delts, chest) for 40 minutes. It was dead in there this morning. Question for the group: Why do overweight old guys love to walk around naked in locker rooms? Every Friday morning I get hit with two or three terrible visual horror episodes.

There you are, nice picture! :)

Your post today is super funny. I snorted water out my nose reading it :) I think the real question is: why does anybody need to use the locker room really? Other than to store their bag or use the restroom- I can't see a reason for even going in there. I am at the gym all the time and I almost NEVER go in there. Yuck!

Thanks Lily. I usually use it every time to wash my hands after I am done, but that is all. I'm not sure why, but the old naked guys always come out early in the morning. Ha. It's not even the fact that they are naked in the locker room (I'm ok with that)that bothers me, but they walk around like they're on a fashion show runway. :)

Eeew!!! Sorry you were traumatized! :)

Next time use hand sanitizer and avoid the locker room. :)

Have a GREAT weekend!

Ugh! My husband told me about that the other day. He says they also like to sit NAKED on the bench..with their old old old bodies..haha....EEK

Lily..I can't stand locker rooms..especially GOLD's ..its a ghetto gym..haha I am spoiled Used to go to Lifetime Fitness when I lived in AZ...That gym was NICE! But I take a very fast shower in flipflops to get the chlorine out of my hair after my swim..It's not pleasant..That is for sure..One day I will have my own lap pool..:P

Yeah, they sit on the bench. Gross! That isn't the worst thing they do though, but I'm not excited about re-living the memories.

OMG, I just snorted and laughed at the same time in my room...I will never never never touch a bench that has lived in a Men's locker room! Ha ha. Wow men are funny....I rarely see a woman nude in the locker room...there are changing rooms so it's just the odd few that feel like getting crazy! LOL

Not sure if you're keeping track (I am), but that is now two in this thread that have snorted. HA! Oh yea, we are also dominating the "Recent Comments" on the blog right now. :)

Yeah, my wife tells me the same thing about the womens locker rooms. The mens are usually pretty boring, except early in the morning when the old guys come out. They are usually overweight and hairy... ok, I'll stop now.

Ok .....lol Now I just did like a hyperventilating laugh thingy...haha..oh my! I'm falling asleep laughing in my chair..NI NI!
