I had a really fun lunch run with Jun up in Albion Basin. We started down by the guard shack and ran the service road up to the Catherine Pass trailhead, where we continued on up to the pass and then to Sunset Peak. We didn't stay long on top and the run down was really fun as well.

It was a beautiful day and a lot of fun, but the cheese steaks afterward might have been better than the peak. So good! Jun took me to what looked like a dive, but the sandwiches were impressive.

Yesterday when we did the Crest, I thought it was perfect weather too, wish we could hang on to it for a few weeks.

Now I want a cheese steak sandwich.

The weather was perfect today. Hopefully tomorrow it will be just as nice. Good job you two on getting out- and in the middle of the day.
