I think I got a sunburn today- What the??? Lunch break run up Mt. Wire. The weather was perfect and it was the first time this year I stripped off my shirt (wasn't pretty). It felt so nice and I actually enjoyed running without my ipod today. I tried to go fast and set a new PR of 43 min to the top. That is still very soft and I know I can do it in under 40 if I really push. I took a quick break and then had a nice run all the way down passing a few peeps on their way up. Perfect day.

Nice run today! I too got sunburned, but not running, it was too early for that :)

I don't believe it.

Oh, not the part about you getting a PR, the part about you going without an iPod. :) Just goes to show you what you can do without all that music getting in the way! Ha. :)

Nice work.

The sun felt so nice! Only problem is everyone at work wants to know where I went. I came back with a tan.

Dors- Niiiiice! Ha. Yeah, I have a close bond with that ipod. I wasn't running without it by choice. I just left it home. I know you're not surprised...

Always impressed with your vert. Yeah I can relate to the sunburn. I recently got a sunburn while running long...did not even think about using sunscreen.

I have found a great run with some elevation...but I have no idea where to find runs with the kind of elevation you see. Maybe I will research that a bit.

Thanks PRE. Move out to Utah and you won't have a problem :) I love living here. 15 min from my home or work and I can be on a mountain trail.

allie- HA!

Oreo- Thanks man.
