My quads are a bit sore from the elevation last week, but I wanted to get in a few miles anyway, so I did 3 on the TM while watching the NFL playoffs. I may try and do more later. AP 8:40 nice and easy.

You been getting in some consistent running lately. Way to go.

If you are planning on running Mt Wire this week, let me know and I'll join you.

Looks like someone is getting his money worth on the new tread. But um, 3 miles? that's it? I thought your thing was 4 miles then stop teehehee :)

Skate skiing was a great time... good cross-training. We'll have to hit some peaks this year. I need to dust off, find, repair my uphill gear!

Matt- Jun and I are going to do it tomorrow morning, and then I would be up for any other morning this week. Let me know.

Lily- Haha! One of these days I'll see if it can go to 5 :)

Oreo- Come join us anytime. I will be heading up your way a few times this year to hit Ben Lomond and Malan's again. we should definitely get out.

Nice miles - you must remember that miles count double on the TM since we all hate it so much!

Ok Scott...I tried to do Mt Wire...but it was foggy and not sure I found the right trail...any other tips once you access BST from near Hogle? Are you going up trail from south to north or are you on the Research park side going up west to east?

From Scott Wesemann on Mon, Jan 10, 2011 at 19:03:14 from 66.239.250.209

Hey Gdoc, come join us tomorrow morning at 6:00 am and I'll show you the way. It is a bit confusing the first time you go up there because there are a lot of trails.

Basically, you are across the street from the zoo (North side of Sunnyside) and you start at a little dirt parking lot. There is a gap in the fence and an obvious trailhead. From there you head east and eventually north and then back east up the mountain. Come join us if you can. if not, let me know a day you can do it and I will try and join you.

WAY to multi-task! :) Can't believe it's NFL playoff already. Too bad the Colts lost!
