Weights at the gym for 45 minutes. It is amazing how much better I feel after working out. I still have sore calves and my big toes are both very sore, but other than that I feel great. I'm looking forward to signing up for a new 100 mile race in the next few months. I'll probably run the Buffalo 100 in March.

Elliptical for 30 minutes. My legs are feeling really good, but I still have some soreness with both of my big toenails and I also have a sore spot on the top of my right foot. I noticed it getting sore at about mile 80. I think my foot was swelling and the extra pressure from the shoe on the tendon caused the pain, but I'm not sure if it is anything to be concerned about at this point.

Weights at the gym for 40 minutes and then two very easy miles on the TM. My feet have finally settled down and they are feeling much better. I still have some slight numbness in a few of my toes, but nothing serious. The big toe nails are a cummin off soon.
