Today was just an all around crappy day which is rare for me but it was. I'll spare you the details. I did manage to get in 3 on the TM and 30 minutes of core with my ball. Everything feels really good.

I always say that on the worst of worst days, the best think you can is get some cardio in your life. :)

What happened today? I understand you probably don't want to talk about it tho.

Lily- I agree and I actually felt a little better after working out. What happened? Ha! Wife doing homework all day + Massive headache + cranky kids = Bad day :)

Bryce- Yep!

I hate homework...I hate headaches....I love kiddos though :) Just think Scotty, there is better weather ahead this week. You could wake up at the crack and do a sweet hike and watch the sunrise to make up for the terrible Sat. I love running early outside and seeing the sun come up. Makes my ♥ happy.
