This was my last run before the marathon on Sat. I may get out and stretch my legs for a few miles a few more times, but that is it. I am getting really excited for the race, but also pretty nervous.

Do you have a goal time or are you just going to enjoy it? If it is the latter you should really take it easy on the steeper stuff and save your legs for PE. Just a thought.

Good luck down there Scott. Looks like it will be hot. Enjoy it, you got it.

Jun- My goal for this year was to get a marathon in under 4 hours, so that is still what I want to do. I should be able to get that, but you never know. I'm hoping this will be a good warm up for PE.

Bryce- Thanks man. I am expecting to finish with a lot of sweat. The heat will be more motivation for me to be faster. The longer I go the hotter it will be.
