I went to the gym tonight after I got the kids to bed and lifted for an hour and had a really good session. I warmed up on the machines for 15 min and then spent 20 minutes lifting by myself, followed by 20 minutes with my neighborhood friends and then a 5 minute power lift with the dumbbells. I'm really worked and everything feels good.

Kids in bed is always a good thing. I'm betting that while you were lifting last night I was catching zzzzz's. Then while you were catching zzz's this morning I was up and at em :)

Lily- I'm sure you're right. I was up late last night and I actually slept in today. With all of the running you're doing lately you need lots of sleep.

NICE run with Shyla yesterday. Funny how novice runners are so much like Shyla...go out FAST...then crash and burn! :)

AWESOME workouts with the machines! You're a machine!!!

Scott - did you see my brother's post on that picture you posted on facebook? What now? What now bro???

Smooth- You're right. When I did my first 5K a few weeks ago I came out waaay too fast and after the first mile I lost my steam. I'm learning :)

Burt- I'm really not sure what to tell you pal.

LOL! It chipped in half in a PE mishap in 4th grade. Gotta love him.

Ahhh that explains it. Sorry, father in law is a dentist and I'm a clean teeth freak. It's become the first thing I notice about people.

You know what? Every time I look back at things I typed, I see TONS -O- spelling errors. I think I just type to fast and I don't double check. Sorry everyone.

Lily- My wife is a hygienist and is the exact same way.

From Lily on Wed, May 26, 2010 at 18:22:34 from 67.199.181.73

Oh ya? My Sister in law is a hygienist and my husband actually went to the U of U to do his undergrad work to go to Dental school. He got over it a year before graduation though.
