I had a very busy day. My wife is back in school again and has a class on Tues and Thurs nights, so that means it's all me after work with the kids. I made dinner and got them to bed and I was so tired I took a 30 minute nap. I woke up and managed 30 minutes on the elliptical.

What a stud. Any man that can brave taking care of kids all evening alone deserves some praise. :)

Thanks! I won't tell you about the near melt down I had... haha!

I had sausages, eggs and waffles all going at the same time and my 5 and 8 year old decided to get into a brawl. It was sheer bedlam there for a few minutes. Just when it calmed down my son yells from the bathroom "I just pooped on the floor" Ugh! HA!
