Easy run at the gym on the track to stay loose. I started at a nice easy pace, but got into a good groove and then my friend John joined me for the last few miles and we kept it around 8:15. Everything feels really good and it made me want Friday to get here so I can get on the trail.

This evening was gorgeous in Perry. Perfect running weather. Why the indoor track today?

Hey Jim- The track at the gym and the treadmill are always my last choice for running. I wasn't able to fit in my run until after dark and I didn't want to run on the roads in the dark, so the track was a fast easy way to get in an easy run. I figure I'll have plenty of opportunity to run outside later in the week :)

Good luck! Good luck! Hope all body parts keep working and no injuries during the run....I hope you are able to push through it....I can't even imagine the pain! Good thing you will have Craig there to taunt you to the finish! I don't know if I would ever forgive him for some of those pics...haha! You better be on the lookout for some good ways to get even.

I hope all goes well tomorrow! You can do eeeet (as you would say)!

Bryce and Josh- Hope to see you guys out there at some point. It should be a lot of fun.
