5 on the TM. Half the time I spent watching my kids play Wii and the other half I watched the Broncos/Vikings game. I'm not sure why I sweat so much on the TM, but I do.

Happens to me too. I'm pretty sure its because you're 'standing still' while running - so you don't get the benefit of the wind cooling you, kind of like an air cooled engine, so you overheat.

Oh - and you need to update your "long term goals" - your long term goal became pretty short term when you got in, and finished Wasatch this year! :)

Doesn't everyone sweat buckets on the TM? A big'ole fan may help but it could also drown out the TV! :)

I sweat a lot on the dreadmill too. What Dorsi said is the reason.

This made me wanna play the wii.
