I will never complain about my gym being crowded again. Since it is closed for 6 days for maintenance (which I think it a total joke) I went to the Lehi Legacy Center to lift. When I got into the weight room it was so packed that I couldn't find a single machine or bench open and when I went to the free weights my options were anything below 10 lbs or above 70. What the?? After walking around for a minute like a confused dumbA I finally saw a bench open so I jumped on picked up a 70 lb dumbbell and started doing some skull crushers. Ha! Eventually it thinned out some, but what a mess.

Lifted for 50 minutes (arms, chest, shoulders, core).

One thing the LLC has going for it is 2-3 times more roiders than AF Fitness Center.

Yeah, I had a legacy center membership once and hated it. They try to cram way to much stuff into that building. I drive to LifeTime in SouthJordan, it's worth the drive.

Oreo- I like to lift on the days I am giving my legs a break, but yeah, I do need to run more.

Lily- The AF fitness center is just too close to home. Maybe when I move though I'll look into it.

Burt- Are we talking about the same kind of roids?

Rob- I wasn't impressed. The weight 'room' or corral is so tiny.

Thanks Twinkies. I was really hoping to do it today. I'm not sure my legs will be ready to handle it next week after our run in Zion.

Oh the good ol' Legacy center. I liked the spin classes there...not much else. Never did the weight room, honestly the 'cage' atmosphere there scares me!
