I think I am coming down with a cold. My throat is killing me and I'm starting to cough. I hate getting sick because I lose my energy. I'm hoping it is nothing serious and I'll be over it in a few days.

I went to the gym to lift after I got the kids to bed. Did upper body and some core work. Everything felt really good, and after my workout I wanted to get in a few miles, so I ran two on the track in16:38. I got a stitch in my side after about a mile, and I just pushed through the second one. That usually happens if I run after I lift.

That does sound like my work out. I hope you can keep that cold under control. Drink some Emergen C !!

I am not sure about my Sat. yet, I hope I can get outside and do something fun. What are your plans?

One of my other friends told me to take Emergen C as well, so maybe I need to. I am tentatively planning on climbing Lone Peak this Friday. It has been cancelled twice already because of avalanche danger, so it wouldn't shock me if they cancel it again. If I don't do Lone I am hoping to do a nice trail run on Sat.

Oh Scott, I hope you don't get sick. I take EmergenC every day. I had one cold this whole winter and it only lasted about a week. Just make sure it doesn't go to your chest. Plenty of fluids and rest!

Smooth, I will pick some up, and take the rest of your suggestions. Thx.
