6 at the gym. No big woop. My boss is in town and has been dragging me to steakhouses and meat establishments the last few days and I have been eating like total crap. Meat hangover. Meat sweats. Meathead.

Yeah meat is the best! It's my favorite fuel! I don't think it'd help me on a treadmill though... blech! Good job!

That's good food. If you are running a ton it doesn't matter what you eat (within reason). You need a lot of calories to keep up with all you are using.
