After 25 miles in the mountains and over 10K elevation gain in the last few days I needed something easy on the legs, so I did 30 minutes on the elliptical.
Did 30 minutes on the elliptical. Leaving for Cali in the AM, so no time for a long run.
Ran the stairs in my hotel (100 stories) for 30 minutes and then had a nice cool down making laps around my hotel. Great workout.

Did 30 minutes on the elliptical after I got back from California. Looking froward to getting back outside.
Did 5 miles outside and it felt great. The weather was perfect and I hardly broke a sweat.
