I did 5 on the TM to burn off the 3 cinnamon rolls I ate for breakfast.
2.6 more with my kids wearing shorts and a short sleeve shirt. What a great day out there.

I am no expert, but I do not think 5 miles is gonna do it! And i am stunned that you were not outside. It is BEAUTIFUL out there.
Kelli- I took your advice and went outside. It was incredible out there.
NICE! We just went over to the park and played on the Christmas gifts----ripsticks, scooters, bikes. The kids loved it. I hope we can squeeze in two more days of this before the snow.

I've had one to many damn cinnamon rolls. That is why I have turned into a cinnamon roll. I have rolls to spare. Just ask Merri, she sees me almost daily.

I agree with Merri on this one. Lily you are very tight and fit, unlike my soft doughy cinnamon rolls.
