Ave Twin Peaks with Jun:

The 4:15 wakeup call was mighty early this morning. I was very tired and not feeling great, but by time I met Jun at the Capitol building I was feeling much better and surprisingly I had a lot of energy for the entire run. The trail is in excellent shape and we had a nice run up to the saddle where the track wasn't quite as good, but not terrible. I think we hit the second peak in 1:10 where we took a quick break and then had a sweet run back down. I really enjoyed the run felt much better than I thought I would. Awesome morning.

Sounds like it was well worth the early morning wake up call. Nice job Scott! What would we do without our friends to get us out of bed? Gotta love being accountable to meet up with people.

Nice work fellas, should have joined you guys...

Great job, Scott! Sometimes getting out of bed can be the hardest part of a run. I'm glad you had a great run.

I don't know how you guys do that so early in the morning, and I'm glad you're feeling better.

Are any of you folks up for Lake Mtn. this Saturday at 6:30-7:00 (earlier *choke* if we have to)? I have much to pick your brains on.

From Scott Wesemann on Tue, Feb 12, 2013 at 15:22:32 from 66.232.64.4

Thanks guys, it was a fun morning.

Neasts- We are currently planning a 30 mile run at the San Rafael Swell Saturday, but I am 50/50, so if I can't make that I would definitely be up for Lake Mountain. I'll let you know in the next few days.
